PRIVACY POLICY

Cybermarqt collects data to enhance your experience and to improve our services. The collection of data and use by Cybermarqt are mentioned in this PCPS.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

Cybermarqt collects and processes the following data about you:

1.1   Information you give to Cybermarqt
You will give Cybermarqt information about you and your organization by filling in forms on the Website or by corresponding with Cybermarqt (for example, by e-mail or otherwise). This includes information you provide when you register to use the Website, participate in any communication functions on the Website, create and update information provided on your user page, signing up for any promotions, newsletter, events or surveys on the Website and when you report a problem with the Website. If you contact Cybermarqt, Cybermarqt may keep a record of that correspondence. Each time you visit the Website, Cybermarqt automatically collects the following information:

2. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

Cybermarqt uses information held about you in the following ways:

2.1   Information you give to Cybermarqt
Cybermarqt will use this information:

• To carry out any obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and Cybermarqt;
• To provide you with information, products and services that you request from Cybermarqt; and
• To notify you about changes to Cybermarqt’s services or the Website.

2.1.1   Marketing

You have the right to ask Cybermarqt not to process your personal data for marketing purposes or to contact you through electronic means. Cybermarqt will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if Cybermarqt intends to use your data for such purposes or if Cybermarqt intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. 2.2   Information we collect about you.
Cybermarqt will use this information:

2.2.1   To allow you to participate in interactive features of Cybermarqt’s service, when you choose to do so;

2.2.2   To administer the Website and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, research, statistical and survey purposes data analysis and testing;

2.2.3   To improve the Website to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

2.2.4   As part of Cybermarqt’s efforts to keep the Website safe and secure;

2.2.5   To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising Cybermarqt’s serves to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you;

2.2.6   To make suggestions and recommendations to you and other users of the Website about goods or services that may interest you or them.

2.3   Information Cybermarqt receives from other sources
We may combine this information with information you give to us and information we collect about you. We may use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information we receive).

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Cybermarqt may share your personal information with any Affiliate of Cybermarqt. “Affiliate” means a company which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with Cybermarqt.

Cybermarqt may disclose your personal information to third parties:

• If Cybermarqt, or substantially all of Cybermarqt’s assets, are acquired by a third party in which case Cybermarqt may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer and personal information held by Cybermarqt about its users will be one of the transferred assets; and
• If Cybermarqt is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or request; or in order to enforce or apply these terms and conditions or any other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Cybermarqt’s business, its customers or others (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).

4. RETENTION OF YOUR DATA

Account data will due to tax regulation be retained for up to seven full fiscal years from your cancellation of your account. System generated data will be erased immediately when you cancel your account. End user data will be erased on an ongoing basis after 12 months from registration, and immediately when you cancel your account. Once you deleted your account, the data is gone.

5. LOCATION OF YOUR DATA

No stored data will be transferred, backed up/or recovered by Cybermarqt outside of the European Union. All data are stored in databases hosted in Ireland.

6. DATA PROTECTION

• The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Cybermarqt will do its best to protect your personal data, Cybermarqt cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website and any transmission is at your own risk. Once Cybermarqt has received your information, Cybermarqt will use industry-standard procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
• The Website may feature services such as social networking or messaging features. Ensure when using these features that you do not submit any personal data that you do not want to be seen, collected or used by other users.

7. PERSONAL DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the event that your data is compromised, Cybermarqt will notify you and relevant authorities within 72 hours by email.

8. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

• To access, correct, update or delete your personal data, please contact Cybermarqt at privacy@cybermarqt.com.
• Any access request will be free of charge to provide you with details of the information Cybermarqt holds about you.

COOKIE POLICY

Cybermarqt uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of the Website. This helps Cybermarqt to provide you with a good experience when you browse the Website and also allows Cybermarqt to improve the Website. By continuing to browse the Website, you are agreeing to Cybermarqt use of cookies.
